Our Cooking Demonstration videos started in May 2020, due to COVID-19. We felt the need to connect with our customers, friends, family and the community around us, seeing as we are all staying indoors more often than before. Most of us are cooking and baking more than ever! As a result of this we decided to launch our cooking demonstration videos

Brown Bread
2 POUND LOAF TIN:
- WHOLEMEAL STONE GOUND. 12oz
- LIGHT BROWN SUGAR. 1-2 oz
- BICARBONATE OF SODA. 1 Teaspoon
- BUTTERMILK. 200ml
- FRESH EGG. 1
- SUNFLOWER OIL. 2 Tablespoons
- NATURAL YOGURT. 3 Tablespoons
- 170C/325F for 10 mins
- 150C/302F for final 40 mins
Salmon fish cakes
MAKES 10 MEDIUM SIZED:
- 4 DARNES OF SALMON. COOKED FOR 15MINS @ 150C
- SWEET CHILLI SAUCE. 1 TABLESPOON
- MUSTARD OF YOUR CHOICE. 1 TABLESPOON
- 2 LARGE POTATOES. BOILED & MASHED
- 2 SPRING ONIONS. FINELY CHOPPED
- SEA SALT AND PEPPER. 1 PINCH
- CAJUN SEASONING & GINER. 1 PINCH OF EACH
