- Chicken curry, tender pieces of chicken marinated with a delicious mild curry sauce served with steamed or savoury rice and puppodums
- Chicken arabiatta, succulent chicken in a rich tomato and chilli sauce served with penne pasta
- Chicken vol au vant, puff pastry shells filled with chicken strips, mushrooms and onions in a creamy white wine and fresh chive sauce
- Stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon served with a creamy peppercorn sauce
HOT DISHES: BEEF

- Beef stroganoff, strips of tender beef cooked with onions, mushrooms in a pepper cream and brandy sauce served with rice
- Chilli beef in oyster sauce, oriental style beef strips marinated in oyster sauce with chilli, ginger and peppers served with boiled basmati rice
- Cottage pie, steak mince cooked with seasonal vegetables, a delicious gravy and topped with a fluffy mash potato
- Homemade beef lasagna, beef lasagna layered between pasta sheets with a cheese sauce baked in our kitchen €
